We will absolutely mow your lawn one time, if that is what you need. A lot of the other guys require a contract – not us!
We do, however, offer contracts and it is wildy popular as it offers the best rates and is fully customizable to your needs!
Here is how it works:
We calculate and average the yearly price of lawn care and divide it into 12 equal amounts. You pay the same amount each month, whether it be January or June, and enjoy predictable lawn care budgeting.

Commercial Property
In addition to the above information, our commercial properties can be tailored even more with options such as: after hour maintenance, increased liability protection, and parking lot sweeping.

How often do you visit to cut?
We are biweekly on most lawns through the slower season and weekly from middle of May to end of August.
Am I locked into a multi-year deal?
Absolutely not. If you do not want to renew the contract for any reason, there is no form, loops to jump through, or anything difficult.
In fact, all of our agreements can be cancelled at any time. Call for further info.

How much for a one-time cut?
For one-time cuts, we charge $2.00 per man per minute with a minimum of $60.
I need something other than lawn care.
There are few things we do not offer! Give us a try. We also have connections to top notch servicers in other fields like handyman work.
I am busy or on vacation. Can you handle my lawn care needs for a short period?
We understand life gets busy. Whether you need us one time, four times, or every week, we can tailor a package to fit your needs!
I want to book you one time as a test for a contract.
Our contracts are pretty loose, honestly. You can hop in and out at any time with a few details. Fees may apply; call for info.
