Sample Pricing
Our minimum for lawn maintenance is $60 or $100/month. Minimum for one-time visit is $80. Landscape trimming starts at $150.
Here are some minimums to help you get an idea of what something might cost:
Drainage – install gutter connections and reroute water away from home underground – $1750
French Drain – install underground perforated pipe, rock, fabric, and necessary connections – $4250
Fence – 6′ Pine privacy fence with 3 sides connecting to home with 1 gate – $5000
Landscape Overhaul – trim, weeds, straw, and haul away – $450
Sod – install quality soil and install sod – $4000
We have connections
With our bulk purchasing power, we can sometimes complete a job cheaper than DIY – even after our labor costs!
We know a pro in nearly every field. That is if the field is outside, and most fields are (play on words; get it?). From weed control and fertilization to arborisits, we know who to call.

What if I only want basic lawn care?
Perfect! Our goal is to meet you needs. If you want the basic cut, trim, edge, and walkway/driveway blow off, we can offer a package with just that and nothing else.
I can mow my own yard, but need help with harder stuff. Can you help?
We offer monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual landscape maintenance packages!
How often do you visit to cut?
We recommend biweekly in March, April, November, and December and then weekly May through October. Shaded lawns may be biweekly all year.
Am I locked into a multi-year deal?
Absolutely not. If you do not want to renew the contract for any reason, there is no form, loops to jump through, or anything difficult.
In fact, all of our agreements can be cancelled at any time with minimal fees.
Pay Per Service (PPS)
Starting at just $60!
We get it; not everyone wants a “membership.” Our pay per service option is very simple. You sign up, we service your lawn, then you pay. We invoice weekly and payment is due within 7 days (commercial 30 days).
How much for a one-time cut?
Our minimum for a one-time service is $80. We do not offer this in April, May, or June.
I need something other than lawn care.
There are few things we do not offer! Give us a try. We also have connections to top notch servicers in other fields.
I am busy or on vacation. Can you handle my lawn care needs for a short period?
We understand life gets busy. Whether you need us one time, four times, or every week, we can help!
Can I start PPS and switch to a 12-month agreement?
Yes, absolutely. We can start your rolling 12 month period at any time.
